Your club's constitution usually outlines who may vote at a meeting, defines guidelines of active membership, and establishes the necessary quorum. Quorum is defined as 50% + 1 of your active membership. Quorum must be present to have an official meeting. Evidence of a quorum must be stated in the minutes.
