Blackboard disabled image pasting in textboxes. In order to place images into a textbox, they should be stored locally on your device and then imported using the Circle-Plus icon on the toolbar as shown below.
Blackboard supports the following types of image files: .gif, .jpg/.jpeg, .png and .tif/tiff.
